Martin Watson (Strategy & Leadership)
Martin Watson leads the vision and corporate strategy for SeeChange Health. Martin has successfully built and sold start-up organizations (acquired by Fortune 500 companies).  He has also held senior executive positions within Aetna and most recently served as SVP of Strategy for United Healthcare’s Product division. Martin’s passion for changing the health care industry continues to drive his vision for SeeChange Health.

Daniel Boivin (Legal & Human Resources)
Daniel Boivin serves as General Counsel for SeeChange Health. Dan also oversees all human resource functions including; culture, compensation, and office management for SeeChange Health. Previously, Dan was an attorney and partner for 26 years with a major Minneapolis law firm. He is the former chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association Civil Litigation Council. Dan’s community involvement includes being a Commissioner on the Metropolitan Airports Commission overseeing the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport, arguably the most valuable economic generator between Wisconsin and Seattle. Dan has been involved with the pro bono representation of disadvantaged persons, acting as a volunteer judge for the Minnesota State High School Mock Trial Tournament, participation in the Minnesota Legislative Economic Loss Doctrine Task Force and the Minneapolis Charter Commission.

Danny Iacovou (Technology)
Danny Iacovou oversees the technology initiatives for SeeChange Health. He is responsible for developing innovative enterprise solutions that solve business issues and reduce technology costs. Iacovou has more than 15 years of technology experience including; owning an IT consulting firm focused on the financial services sector, leading the development for smartcard enabled ID cards, Enterprise Architect and Research & Development for a local university. Danny has contributed chapters to two books regarding Internet technologies as well as numerous referred journal articles, conference articles, and book reviews.

Don Powers (Finance and Operations)
Don Powers is accountable for the core operations functions as well as all aspects of the finance, planning, treasury and close processes for SeeChange Health. Don is also the liason for regulatory agencies regarding financial oversight matters. With over twenty years experience in the health care insurance field, including experience running production areas (claims, billing, enrollment, finance and IS functions), Don brings demonstrated ability in executive leadership, financial analysis, operations and accounting.

Jamie Kell (Provider Network & Regulatory Affairs)
Jamie Kell leads Network and Regulatory Affairs for SeeChange Health. She brings substantial strategy formulation, product development and business planning expertise in health care and other services industries. At SeeChange, she is responsible for all aspects of the network strategy, planning, and negotiation, as well as leading compliance oversight. Kell comes to SeeChange from UnitedHealth Group where she developed strategic initiatives for UnitedHealthcare and Ovations and also served as Director of Ethics and Compliance.

Janice L. Rahm (Product Innovation & Marketing)
Janice Rahm leads Product Innovation and Marketing for SeeChange Health. Rahm is responsible for creating consumer-friendly value-based products along with formulating and implementing strategic marketing initiatives. Rahm has been one of the industry’s innovation leaders having been part of the original Definity Health foundational team and most recently served as SVP of Product and Service Innovation for Prodigy Health Group. Rahm’s demonstrated ability to successfully develop products, services, and software designed to promote healthy behavior and reduce health care costs make her uniquely qualified to lead innovation for SeeChange Health.

Mike Christy (Underwriting)
Mike Christy leads the Underwriting, Actuarial and Pricing functions for SeeChange Health. Mike has nearly twenty years experience in the health insurance industry and brings extensive experience and knowledge to the team. Mike has a broad background including Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance, Reporting, Operations and Process Management. Prior to joining SeeChange Health, Mike was the National Vice President of Underwriting for a large group insurance carrier.
