SeeChange Health to Attend the 2009 Health 2.0 Conferencey

On October 6th & 7th leadership from SeeChange Health will be attending the next Health 2.0 conference held at the San Francisco Concourse Exhibition Center. The Forum will showcase nearly a hundred speakers and numerous healthcare demonstrations featuring information technology and on-line capabilities changing healthcare delivery. The Forum will feature health care innovators, such as SeeChange Health, who have empirically promoted long-term adherence to personal health management with value-based design initiatives such as preventive and condition specific compliance tracking, improving population health indicators and promoting corporate financial sustainability.
